We are the earliest specialized manufacturer on molds of disposable syringes with two articles and three articles. For covering about 8000 square meters and fixed assets of 10 millons RMB, we own a series of equipment from designing to checking trial, including computer, electric pulser, line cutter, lathe, miller, plough, coordinate boring machine and coordinate miller, to be harmoniously combined from three-dimensional designing of products to processing. Due to manufacturing molds for many years, we have trained a team with professional knowledge and high quality technology, over 30 staff of who are middle or senior technical staff and 120 are operators. They have the experience of molds designing and processing in the long-term operation and master the CAD/CAM technology.With assembly line and chart guided production, one person control a working procedure, the quality of the products is improving, the lifetime is prolonged but the production period is shortened. For these, the annual output reaches to more than 300 sets syring molds. We mainly produce molds of disposable syringe ,subsidiary on molds of medical apparatus and instruments such as infuser. Furthermore, we have successfully developed molds of disposable syringes of multi-functional transparent origin materials and self-destruction type. Therefore, we win high opinion from customers for advanced technology, complete model, high quality and competitive price. And the products are sold well in domestic market, taking up about 60% market share. Before being authorized private export and import in October, 2002, the products have been exported to Russia, Egypt, India, Taiwan, Korea, Middle East, Africa, etc. In order to promote the quality of the products and enlarge export scale, we are preparing for being authorization by ISO9001 Quality Management System.
